I am a retired Rector living in County Down, Northern Ireland. I am married to Liz and we have two grown daughters.
I began my career in science, working as a microbiologist. Following a period of searching, I found my calling in the church. After many years of ministry, I have transitioned into a new chapter of life, combining my passion for technology with my background in Christian Ministry.
Why I Blog
I have always been fascinated by the intersection of faith and reason, and how technology can be used to bridge gaps and share stories. This blog is a space for me to document my journey into the world of web development, share my experiences with Linux and various technologies, and reflect on the lessons learned throughout my life.
Whether it is exploring the intricacies of Python, setting up a new server, or simply sharing a thought on current events, I hope to provide insights that are both informative and engaging.
Connect with Me
You can find me working on various side projects, often involving web development and self-hosting. I am also an active in the local Church, and on social media mostly focused on technology and spirituality.
